metlife classic car insurance is Critical for all Hot Rods

Friday, November 7th, 2008

All Collector car owners need to research insurance reviews for their car. Insurance requirements in Michigan make it manditory to have proper insurance. Standard insurance for your Chevy II can be insufficient because of the cost of repair.

The Reality of A Car Wreck

Troller are the most accident prone vehicles, according to Michigan records. They are the most expensive to insure. My jobholder Hilda found that out the hard way. They were involved in an accident with their Lamborghini and it was totaled. Their insurance wouldn't cover the damage!

Hagerty can provide the proper coverage for your antique car insurance. Contact an agent to make sure you have adequate coverage.

I've found a site to be really helpful. If you go to the Insurance review site you can get a wealth of information on car insurance for an antique car that will help you make an informed choice about a carrier.

1970 Was a Good Year For Cuda : Or Enjoying History in My Classic Car

Friday, November 7th, 2008

Now is the time to find a car you enjoy! Go out and don't hesitate, there's a world of cheap Cudas out there. Buy a Cuda now before the price goes up! You won't be sorry.

We've had fun this year.
David and I have had our 1970 Cuda now for around 4 years. I'm glad to report we've been very happy with the car. We live in eastern Texas, near Venus, and we enjoy driving the car during the warmer months. Our opinion is I'd say it's a particlarly great toy for the money.

During the time we've owned the Cuda we've been on the road. We drove to visit our sister in New Mexico numerous times with no problems whatsoever. The Cuda does poorly on gas and has not given us a lot problems in terms of service.

The Cuda is in rare form, having been restored in the last two years. The previous owners seem to have taken excellent care of the car over the past 22 years. Our previous car, a Lexus, had plenty of headaches and we weren't sad to see it go.

We made sure we went to get classic car insurance on the vehicle. For our car insurance for an antique car we went with a company called CHROME Specialty Car Insurance. We signed up for the policy completely online, using their excellent web site. We found the company by reviewing the information on classic cars. It's a great web site for finding the best offer on insurance for classic cars. We insured the Cuda for 30% of what American Family Insurance wanted.

It was a good investment purchasing our Cuda. While 1970 was a completely different age for cars, our car helps us relive those days.
