It's been a great year.
Betty and I have had our 1967 Cougar now for almost four years. I'm glad to report we've been happy with the car. The house is in western Ohio, near East Liverpool, and we enjoy touring in the car during the spring months. Overall I'd say it's a particlarly great ride for the money.

Ever since we bought the Cougar we've been enjoying it heartily. My whole family made a weekend out of visiting my relatives in Georgia numerous times with no problems whatsoever. The Cougar does fair on gas and has not given us alot problems in terms of service.

The Cougar is in driving condition, having been restored in the last two years. The previous owners seem to have taken excellent care of the car over the past 23 years. Our previous car, a Saturn, had plenty of problems and we weren't unhappy to scrap it.

The first order of the day was to insure the vehicle. For our allstate classic car insurance we went with a company called CHROME Specialty Car Insurance. We signed up for the policy completely online, using their excellent web site. We found the company by reviewing the information on classic cars. It's a cool place for finding the best offer on insurance for antique cars. We insured the Cougar for 30% of what American Family Insurance wanted.

It was a good investment purchasing our Cougar. While 1967 was a long time ago, our car helps us enjoy those feelings.
