I took the weekend off and entered a small car cruise here in Ghent, Kentucky. It was put together by the local Councilperson by the name of Jonathan Hammerstrom. The Councilperson is a car fanatic from way back, having a small part in the film "Laabet el hub wa el zawaj". A love of cars was nurtured over time.

I entered my 1962 Jeep in the cruise with the dream of taking home a prize. I spent 2 days getting the Jeep. I had done my car history search on the Jeep by going over to decode this for a check at the accuracy of the car. Based on the excellent information I found that my Jeep was worth a lot of money!

I couldn't believe it...my car won first place! | was totally floored that my little old Jeep had so many people hanging around it. Next year I might enter it in a state-wide show.
