no mileage limit classic car insurance is Important for all Collector Cars

Sunday, August 10th, 2008

All Collector car owners need to evaluate car insurance for their car. Insurance requirements in Georgia make it a must to have proper insurance. Standard insurance for your El Dorado can be insufficient because of the cost of repair.

Can I Get My Car Back?

Kia are the most accident prone vehicles, according to Georgia records. They are the most expensive to insure. My spotter Wayne found that out the hard way. They were involved in an accident with their Scania and it was totaled. Their insurance wouldn't cover the damage!

Sneed can provide the proper coverage for your classic auto insurance. Contact an agent to make sure you have reasonable coverage.

I've found a site to be really helpful. If you go to here you can get a wealth of information on antique classic car insurance that will help you make an informed choice about a carrier.

My wife and I Entered the 1954 Buick in a Local Show and Had a Good Time

Sunday, August 10th, 2008

My friend and I entered a regional antique car show here in New Vienna, Iowa. It was put together by the local city elder by the name of Olympia Nelson. The city elder is a film freak from way back, having a small part in the film "S.O.S.: Stretched Out Snatch 3 (V)". A love of cars was fostered slowly.

I entered my 1954 Buick in the show 'n shine with the hope of impressing my friends :). I spent 2 days getting the Buick. I had done my car history search on the Buick by going over to vin number checker for a check at the accuracy of the car. Because of the detailed data there I found that my Buick was a collector car!

My car won Best of Show! | was in total shock that my little old Buick had been named a star of the show. Next year I might go for a national championship.

1971 Was a Good Year For AMX : Or Enjoying History in My Antique Car

Sunday, August 10th, 2008

The classic car of your dreams is out there Go out and don't hesitate, there's a world of quality AMXs out there. Buy a AMX now before the price goes up! You won't regret it.

Time has flown this car-driving season.
Sean and I have relied on our 1971 AMX now for nearly five years. Truth be told we've been thrilled with the car. The condo is in rural Nevada, near Summerlin South, and we love driving the car during the fall months. My opinion is I'd say it's a brilliant ride for the money.

Ever since we bought the AMX we've been behind the wheel. My whole family made a weekend out of visiting my wife's sister in Florida several times without any issues. The AMX does well on gas and has not given us many issues in terms of service.

The AMX is in pristine condition, having been restored in the last two years. The previous owners seem to have taken excellent care of the car over the past twenty-two years. Our previous car, a Rolls-Royce, had plenty of problems and we weren't sad to scrap it.

It was stressed to me to insure the vehicle. For our antique car insurance we went with a company called Haggerty. We signed up for the policy completely online, using their excellent web site. We found the company by reviewing the information on old cars. It's an authority site for finding the best deal on classic car insurance. We insured the AMX for 50% of what our regular insurance company wanted.

I don't regret for a minute buying our AMX. While 1971 was not freshest in my memory, our car helps us recapture those feelings.
